The staff was polite and provided prompt service. i enjoyed the wide variety of food available (especially the desserts!). the aqua park was very nice with over fifteen slides, a crazy river, and a wave pool. there was also a luna park with carnival-like rides. I had so much fun.

The gym had limited equipment. The hotel should add machines.

The buffet featured a large selection of dishes. I saw many options, including salads, main courses, and desserts, so i could always find something new to try. the food was generally fresh, and the presentation was appealing.

The animation team was really good with my children. they always made the kids laugh. my son samuel, especially enjoyed his stay. Max, noah, and abdulah and boodi were great with him. he looked for them daily and followed them during activities. adela provided helpful information to my whole family. she was friendly, happy. mohamed salah, at the bar, made alcohol-free mocktails for my kids.

The tiling around the pools is slippery and unsuitable for kids, so my children fell. My son hurt his head. He got a black eye. the pools are very cold, with the exception of the wave pool.

The room was very clean. it was well maintained i really appreciate the hard work that goes into it. The room upgrade to pool view was fast and free. the accommodation was fast too.

The staff was always friendly. they were also cooperative. A person called the room every day and asked if i was satisfied with the services. this unusual action helped me get lunch boxes when i went away at night.

The hotel offers a free transfer to the sea. This makes it easier to access the rich reef i found snorkeling there to be very nice since the beach is rocky.

the meals were more than perfect for all times. that included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the snacks all day exceeded my expectations. the resort goes beyond by offering more than four food types daily.
